Belly panels and wraps stretch a further 10–15 cm beyond the belly range shown, so you have room to grow.

How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing. Keep it snug, not tight.

    Bust Around the fullest part of your chest, over the nipple line, tape parallel to the floor. If you are nursing, measure just before a feed.
  2. 2
    Waist The narrowest part of your torso, about 2–3 cm above your navel. Use your pre-pregnancy waist.
  3. 3
    Belly / bump The widest part of your bump, at or just below the navel. Measure standing.
  4. 4
    Hip The fullest part of your hips and bottom, about 20 cm below your natural waist.

A few fit notes

  • Size by bust first. Bump room is built into the cut.
  • Between sizes? Go up — especially for nursing tops and wrap dresses.
  • Your normal size is your Mamacult size. Our garments grow with you.
  • Above 5′6″ (168 cm)? Go one size up for length on dresses and maxis.

Fabric & care

Fabric: Soft, breathable fabric blend designed for the Indian climate and sensitive skin during pregnancy.

Care: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Line dry in shade. Warm iron on reverse side only. Do not tumble dry.

Nursing access

This piece features our signature hidden nursing access panel — discreet, elegant, and easy to use with one hand. Designed to not look like nursing access from the outside. Works with or without a nursing bra.

Size & fit

Mamacult sizes are designed for Indian body types. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or further along in your pregnancy. Our pieces comfortably accommodate a growing bump and are designed to fit well postpartum too.
