Refund policy

We offer eligible returns and exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn except for trying on, and include their original tags and packaging. Items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible. We may decline a return if an item does not meet these conditions.

To request a return, use our Contact Us page and provide your order number, the item, and the reason. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photographs.

Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. Prepaid-order refunds are sent to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer after you securely provide the required bank details. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
